Removal of "Forget this network" feature

I see that the "Forget this [Wi-Fi] network" feature has been removed in Windows 8.1. Am I correct that the only way to do this now is via the netsh command line tool?

Yes, the feature of forget this network for Wifi has removed, you may need command to remove it.
